Returns Policy

Jennielou.com offers a hassle free returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) that you have purchased you may return them to Jennielou.com within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item(s), provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item from us. Please note that items offered at a discount are non-returnable.

Please make sure you include your receipt with the item(s) you are sending back. Please note that there will be delays on refunds where no information is included in the parcel. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to Jennielou.com. This includes any customs or import duties levied on the returned item(s).
 
Please note that the cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave/perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item(s). We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed, or where the item(s) have been soiled in any way. The item(s) must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.

Please include the receipt in the package when sending the faulty item back.
Where items are just found with minor fixable problems, we will consider giving credit or refund of a certain percentage of the product price depending on the extent of the problem.

Reasons NOT accepted for problematic items:
We do not accept subjective reasons for returns :
The item does not look good
I changed my mind
I do not like the colour
The item is too large or too small
The item is not as pretty as I expected
The item is too transparent
We do not accept underwear items or swimming costumes for return
